Cons Best Uses Comments about MSR Fuel Bottle 30 fl. oz.: I have several of these for camp stove fuel, chain saw pre-mix, kerosene blend for fire starting, chain saw bar oil, charcoal lighter, alcohol. They act as the fuel bottles for backpacking stoves too. The optional pour spout is a great added feature. They now come with a child proof safety top that does not change original functions.

Comments about MSR Fuel Bottle 30 fl. oz.: This product is great for those long hikes - I used this product with the MSR WhisperLite stove for 10 days and only consumed about a fifth of the fuel. I used the stove for all three meals and cleanup for two people, so the amount of time was not too demanding, but I would say that this bottle could last you well past 50 - 60 hours of constant burn time. Like I said, great for long walks!

Comments about MSR Fuel Bottle 30 fl. oz.: Used as auxiliary fuel storage on motorcycle trip to Alaska from Florida.Was needed as fuel stops can be far in between in Canada and Alaska. Loop on cap makes storage in hard cases difficult when clearances are tight.
