Comments about Outdoor Research Radar Pocket Cap: I needed a hat that doesn't slide around on my head during strenuous moments in the outback, one that helps control heat, folds down small, and that has a bill that minimally interferes with range of vision--this hat gets you there and fits like a glove! My big head is about 22.5" and the "X-large" was slightly too big. Like the real Radar, it's "scientific" more than stylish but great gear! :)

Comments about Outdoor Research Radar Pocket Cap: I hate grimy sweat bands so the fact that this is washable is huge. It also has the bill that folds in the middle, which I can't live without these days; it fits perfectly in my back pocket when I need to take it off. Make sure you get the right size; it's not adjustable.

Best Uses Comments about Outdoor Research Radar Pocket Cap: This hat fits but is a just a little big for my small head. I am happy with the quality and price though. I would buy again

Comments about Outdoor Research Radar Pocket Cap: This is a great hat. I owned it in khaki, but lost it so I had to get two more (dark green and blue). I'm balding on the top, so this is a nice cover for the top of the head without being as bulky as a standard hat. It's easily packable, so there's no problem taking it off and sticking it in a back pocket when you go inside... maybe that's how I lost the khaki one?

Comments about Outdoor Research Radar Pocket Cap: I use this for general outdoors activities including hiking and camping. One size fits all styles never seem to fit me, and the individual sizing (L) fits me almost perfectly. It is very light and comfortable. The folding brim is nice for travel/stuffing in a pack. Some people have said they think the brim is too short, but it suits my needs. The one improvement I might suggest would be a small degree of adjustment.

Comments about Outdoor Research Radar Pocket Cap: This hat really does fit in a pocket,is very light and comfortable. I don't mind the shorter brim (I just wear it pulled lower). I do wish there was a small amount of adjustment, although the size seems to be right on.

Comments about Outdoor Research Radar Pocket Cap: The bill is "stylishly" short instead of "practical" long. Really needs another inch or so like the Radar Sun Visor. Outdoor Research should know better.
