I reordered 2 more this year in size XL (the same size as before) and the sleeves were at LEAST 2 inches shorter! Had to return at my expense. Unless you or your loved one has short arms, skip this one. Otherwise, it is very soft, warm and feels great. I'm wearing my old one now. I won't buy from this company again though. Pros
