Careful these run at least a full size larger than what is stated. Also NO DRAWSTRING!! It does have an elastic waist but being a full size to big. XL will probably fit those with 31-33" waist and 31" inseam. I have a 28" waist and this is about 3" to big. I will have to make holes to fit a drawstring and use them as is.

These are the best Ive found for warmth, but when White Sierra sized these they must have been testing them on snow Yeti's or very large girls of which I would be scared to meet their mothers. They run big and long! My wife 5'-7" can wear the large, my 9 yr old daughter, very sizable for her age, wears 10-12 cloths can fit in the xs but wears the small comfortably and the mediums are loose but work. The XS fits my 7 year old who is also very sizable for her age. Our five year old is petite and the xs drowned her, she tried them on and pulled them to her armpits. There is not a drawstring to cinch them up tight but they are elastic so definately go a size down or more!
