A semi-rigid I beam floor in this travel kayak provides stability and structure and the 22 guage PVC material will provide durability and abrasion resistance.

The Sevylor Fiji Travel Pack Kayak has serial number and a booklet with a manufacturer statement of origin. I am not sure of the laws in Pa. If this is sufficient then the kayak comes with what you need.Answered on 4/1/2013 by Steve from Campmor
