Best price you will find for a product of this quality and price. Of coarse you stand in driving rain or 100mph winds long enough any pant will fail, then it's time to make camp.

Nice lite weight rain pants. The full zip legs enable putting gear on after shoes or boots. They also work well as a wind breaker.

I have been looking for a pair of rain pants with full side zippers for several years now. If I am snowshoeing in near freezing temperatures and a wet snow or even rain begins to fall, I can't sit down, take off my snowshoes, put on a pair of rainpants, then put my snowshoes back on...that is just not practical. As far as breathability and waterproofness, I'll have to find out when it actually rains. I like the reasonable price and I'll be sure to check out their perfomance before I am out in some winter wilderness and need them. They may be worth 5 stars but I will reserve that judgement for after I find out how well they repel water.

I still have my first pair and they continue to work but are showing their age. I use them for walking the dog now. I love the full length zippers. Perfect for opening legs for quick on/off and great cooling on hot, humid rainy day hiking. Also nice for a quick windproof layer at higher altitudes on chilly days. They keep the rain out all day but can be uncomfortable (sticky) if you are wearing shorts and it is hot.

I bought these to go with a Columbia jacket, and they are a good match. I have used them to walk to work, and I will probably pack them for dayhikes, though they are a little bulky. The snaps and velcro make them very adjustable, and they zip all the way up the leg, so they are easy to put on, even over boots. They are a little long for me, but I have short legs, and no 30" inseam versions were available. The pants pack into a mesh bag that is housed in the left front pocket, resulting in a package about the size of a typical water bottle.

I've used Campmor products for the past 5 years and never had any issues but that wasn't the case with these pants.

The first time I had these pants out was in the Smokies in March and the crotch ripped out of them down to the knees leaving me soaked. The zippers were continually jamming when I tried to get them on in a down pour, which made me question their design.

Definitely not a pair of rain pants you want to rely on if you are expecting rain in the backcountry. I would consider spending the extra cash and buying something from another manufacturer.

Don't discount the negative reviews like I did, look for a different product!

Had to trim the short flap that covers the side zippers on the inside as it was impossible to get a clean zip without jaming.
Also the 2 day shipping I paid for got here a day late.
Overall for a first time buyer not very happy.

My work takes me outdoors for on-site engineering inspections. The weather in morning may start out okay but sometimes it changes quickly later in the day. These pants come in handy in those type of situations when it rains later in the day and want to put on waterproof pants without removing my work boots. With its dual side zippers I can do that. These pants also fold nicely into a small pouch (pouch comes with the pants) that I tuck into my backpack. One drawback to these pants are that they come in one inseam length size; however, they do have velcro straps at the bottom that I secure around my boots so that they don't drag along the ground...nice product.

Worked great for a day and a half. After this the zipper detached on the right leg and later that day the crotch seams came undone. Would not suggest these.
