Kit consists of 4 each stainless screws, finish washer, flat washer, and locknut. Kit for 4" trusses includes 6" seat screws. One truss kit and 1 truss hardware kit is all that is needed to mount 1 canoe seat.

8 1/16 on center from hole to hole. This is standard for all the seats that we sell, however the specs. on older models may be different.Answered on 6/1/2012 by Betty
