Comments about Mad River Canoe Web Canoe Seat 32 inch: Bought these to upgrade the foam seats in my Radisson. Was just wide enough to fit the fronts. If you want your front seats further back, get the center seat instead of the regular. Comments about Mad River Canoe Web Canoe Seat 32 inch: Purchased for my Dagger 15. Since Mad River bought them I was hoping they would be a direct replacement. Pretty close just not a perfect fit front to back. Still a very nice product. Much more sturdy than the cane seats they are replacing. Comments about Mad River Canoe Web Canoe Seat 32 inch: We just screw the seat under the gunwale. WE did not need the Seat Truss. So simple to install! Comments about Mad River Canoe Web Canoe Seat 32 inch: This is a great canoe seat but unfortunately it was 3/4" too narrow to fit my current mounting system. I didn't want to drill more holes in my Dagger 16 Legend so I sadly returned the product. Buy these if they fit your boat's mounting system (9 1/4" wide) or you don't mind some new holes. Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Mad River Canoe Web Canoe Seat 32 inch: I bought 2 of these seats to replace broken cane seats in an old town camper, as they were far cheaper than old town brand replacement seats. Since they're not designed for old towns I had to drill new holes in the gunnels as these mad river seats are ~1" narrower than old town seats. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind if you're using these on a non-mad river canoe. Comments about Mad River Canoe Web Canoe Seat 32 inch: trimmed it up and it fit and worked well.
