I was looking for a good food container. Broke after opening and closing the lid right out of the box. GSI has great products. This ain't one of them. DO NOT BUY. I gave a high rating to draw attention to the fact that it's going to break and I hope no one buys this product the day before they need to use it.

The container is good, and the lid is good. The problem is the method for attaching the lid to the container. The "flaps" on the lid that latch onto the container pivot on very small plastic hinges. A small amount of force breaks the pivot connection between the lid and the "flaps". Mine broke through very ordinary use. Now I use web strapping to hold on the lid. An integrated adjustable web strap would be a far better attachment system since the container is good, the lid is good, and the only flaw is the connection.

Don't waste your money! The lid broke the second time I used it and I was only carrying my lunch to work, not rough housing the box.
