Comments about Astral Buoyancy Spectra Throw Bag: Designed specifically for the Astral Green Jacket (Rescue PFD). Small diameter rope is hard for rescuer and victim to hold onto (painful). But that's a compromise in order to pack it in the PFD where it can be accessed quickly.
