Comments about MSR EVO Tour Snowshoe: I use this snowshoe for trails throughout a local snow park and it gets me anywhere I want to go. I see a lot of older MSR shoes on my fellow snowshoers and expect this shoe to last me many seasons. It takes some time to adjust the toe strap to one pair of boots, but once that is done, the shoe goes on easly and secures with just the heel strap. Don't need the instep strap so I removed it. I like being able to add floatation size to the shoe with a tail piece if necessary. One shoe works in more types of snow.

Comments about MSR EVO Tour Snowshoe: I've used the MSR Denalis for years and loved them. I bought these for the televator feature. It was worth the investment. With 5 knee surgeries behind me, the stress relief the televators provide on prolonged steep grades was great. The televators go into position easily and once I began using my poles and boot heel to lower them they also retracted easily. The ADK trails are typically well packed and this time were icy in many spots. These snowshoes are perfect for these conditions. The new step in bindings worked great. The shoes went on and off quickly and never came loose.

Comments about MSR EVO Tour Snowshoe: Great price on a versatile MSR snowshoe. The Evo Tour has the heel lifter (televator) which I find to definitely help on steep hill climbs. Though the initial adjustment of the front strap is not intuitive, once done, you don't have to adjust it again. Very nice. Rear straps are similar to other MSR snowshoes. Nice having the removable tails. Usually don't need the extra weight or length. Glad I bought them!

Comments about MSR EVO Tour Snowshoe: Overall, I can't complain a bit about these shoes. They were priced absolutely Right, and will hold up for years. The one think about them is the quick strap is a little tricky to work with. I think once I get it set and have a specific boot that I shoe in, it will be alright. I think I just need to give it time for the strap to loosen up a bit. I would give it a thumbs up for anyone that is looking for a pair of shoes. I much prefer the composite over the aluminium design. Pros
