This does an excellent job of keeping her hair out of her eyes. Unlike a silicone swim cap, this lets her hair get wet and her head stays cool. Definitely a good alternative to rubber bands. Fits snug to the head but isn't uncomfortably tight and leaves no marks in the skin.
