I have been looking for a trolling motor mount that would work with my Mohawk 14 solo canoe. Most mounts are designed for two person canoes, with the mount attaching at the bow or stern. The seat in my canoe is in the center of the boat, so I would need a mount that would position my trolling motor within reach. The outside edges of the two gunnels near my seat are 28 inches apart.
