I read the directions, which were ridiculous, and still couldn't inflate it using the 'built in' foot pump or an external pump. Really, do you really need to stand on the built in pump and jump up and down? I did, cautiously at first, encouraged by little bits of air, but in the end not enough to fill the sack to bed-like quality. Maybe we got a lemon but that doesn't excuse the poorly written instructions... it's like an Akea product but you wind up with nothing at the end. Pros

The pump used on this twin is AC so it will not work in a DC current like in a car. I have seen inverters sold at Sears that would allow you to use the AC pump with the car battery.Answered on 6/29/2012 by Steve from Campmor
