The snap is not secure, the elastic wore out quickly, the strap material also frayed quickly, and it doesn't insulate that well. I recommend that Camelbak totally redesign the strap -- replace the current worthless strap material and use heavy duty nylon webbing instead, and use a much more secure side-lock clip (like you find on packs). The one I have I used every day while working in a hot factory and while walking to work, the snap would come undone by the time I got 50 feet from the house so I didn't dare use it after my bottle dropped to concrete a few times. The cover itself is fairly tough, just that the strap didn't hold up very long. Wish I had a photo to show you. If you're not going to carry it by the strap, it's okay, though there are better bottle covers.

This sleeve really keeps water cool for a long time. I went to an outdoor concert in the middle of the day. Ice cubes I put in the bottle were still there until I finished water. With this sleeve my water bottle fits more snuggly in my large cup holder of my car. I'm so glad I bought the sleep instead of a bulky insulated water bottle.

Used the bite bottle and insulation sleeve to carry water to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, worked well, only minor freezing in the bite valve around 5 AM. Cleared up once the sun was up.
Wore this attached to the shoulder straps of my backpack.

I was looking for a insulated water bottle but they where either too big or didn't hold enough water. I already had my CamelBak water bottle which I love. So this was the perfect addition to it.

If you'd have told me 9 months ago that a camelbak bottle should be on the list of equipment for expecting mothers, I'd have thought you were crazy. Fast forward to today, and I can't imagine going through it without this bottle and sleeve combo. It's so important to stay hydrated during your pregnancy and this bottle and sleeve were standard issue mommy gear anywhere we went. It was so useful for mommy, daddy had to buy one for himself.

I bought this to go on my plastic Campmor .75 bottle. The fit was good and I liked the extra padding grip to make it easier to hold the bottle. My main reason for buying the insulated cover was to keep my hands dry while the bottle was holding cold drinks with ice. While it didn't get sopping wet, it still was damp enough that I could still feel water coming thru making it not easy to carry in my bag without that getting wet as well.
