Comments about Platypus Platy Soft Bottle with closure cap .5 liter BPA Free: It's a little hard to get the last drops out to make sure it's dry for storage and the cap wants to get lost occasionally, but those mild inconveniences are trifling compared to the ease of rolling up the bottle when empty and carrying it in my pocket. It really needs a handle or hook.

I love mine and receive many inquiries about them so, I'm hoping there will be a HUGE fan base soon. They are the most convenient for walking and if you can't fit them in a coat pocket, they are still easy to grasp and carry. Thanks so much Platypus!!

I've used (and abused) one of these for years and it got punctured once, but was quickly fixed with a patch of 3M clear heavyweight tape and has never leaked since. Plastic is durable. I give these to fellow global travelers. I recommend the push-pull cap to avoid having to hold onto the screw cap each time you take a drink.
