I'm pushing 6'3" in hight and prolly have a longer than average torso. Will this pack work for me?

      A:

If you order a M-L the torso length goes up to 22"
      To measure your torso:
Have a friend measure your back. Stand with your back to them and your hands on your hips like you are scolding someone. Your thumbs will point to a stop on your lower spine. Start from this point and measure up to the C-7 vertebrae, which is the one that sticks out of the back of your neck when you touch your chin to your chest. The measurement between these 2 points is your torso length.

  • Q:

Does this pack have sleeping pad straps? If so can they be stowed away?
    Asked on 4/21/2011 by Pearl

      A:

You can stow the sleeping pad if it is a sleeping pad that packs down small. If your pad is larger you use some straps to attach the pad to the daisy chain.

  • Q:

Wanted to confirm what size the regular pack will fit notice there are different sizes but no corelation to what size the regular will fit.

      A:

The sizing of this pack is determined by the torso length.
      Torso Length S-M 16in - 19in / M-L 18.5in - 22in

      To determine torso length:
Go up the side of your body to find the top of your hip. From this point draw a perpendicular line to the lower lumbar region of your spine that is at the same height as the top of your hip. From this point draw a line up your spine to the C-7 vertebra which is the most prominent vertebra that sticks out of the back of your neck when you touch your chin to your chest. The measurement between these 2 points is your torso length.
