Comments about Snow Peak Trek 900 Titanium Cookset:

We took this set on a recent backpacking trip to the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness. It is very light for the volume it provides (and rice cakes fit inside it perfectly...) plus it has the nice lid that converts to a small fry pan. It is just the right size for a backpack stove and it only took 2 boils to have water for morning coffee and oatmeal for 3 people. It does come with a mesh bag to hold the lid and pot together, but it would have been nice if the lid sort of "snapped" to the pot securely-- not a dealbreaker, though, the superlight weight makes up for it being slightly clumsy.

I use this set on all adventures, backpacking, car camping. The Snow Peak Giga stove and fuel canister fit inside, and work perfectly together. I mainly boil water for instant meals. It's the perfect size for 1 or 2 people.

Comments about Snow Peak Trek 900 Titanium Cookset:

This is the perfect pot in combination with the Snow Peak 700 and a Snow Peak 450 cup. This creates a great multi-pot light-hiker kit. The detatched lid rattles in the included stuff sack, but is tight enough while on a stove.

The Mini Solo will fit inside the Trek 900, however the the mini solo is too tall to allow the lid on the Trek to nest.

Yes a whisperlite will fit in this cook set. This said though the stove will leak fuel into your cook pots. Very unpleasant. A better use of the cook set is to store food.
