great multi-use backpack with plenty of room & compartments I liked this pack but returned it as I wanted a pack to hold my large laptop and some files and it was not large enough. Pros

Best Uses I use the pack to carry laptop, paperwork, small therapy supplies, office supplies when traveling between schools. The compartments are plentiful and large enough for organizing various materials. The compartment for office supplies would have served me better if it had been larger with more pockets. A waterproof coating would have been nice to protect my paperwork and laptop. The grab strap pressed so uncomfortably on my neck, that I had to cut it off. The pack is a little large for my 5'5" frame as it rides too low on my back even with the straps adjusted as short as possible. Overall, it serves me adequately, now that I've removed the grab strap. Pros
Cons Best Uses Both my teenagers have this backpack and they love it. Its not too large and not too small--its just right to hold their books, lunch, and the miscellaneous stuff that needs to go to and from school. Its still early in the school year, but this pack shows less signs of wear than previous packs we've had. Pros
