Comments about Eureka Fiberglass Pole Repair Kit - 8.5 mm (11/32 in.) Diameter: Very easy to use. Cut the broken tent pole to size, restring the poles together. The guide wire isn't necessary. It is easy enough to put the shock cord through without it. Tie it off and you are done.

A:
The problem with using a tent pole replacement kit is that they are meant to replace tent pole sections. If all the poles are missing then it is very difficult to make the pole the correct dimensions. A better approach is to call Eureka at 800 572 8822 and get a replacement frame.Answered on 5/17/2011 by Steve from Campmor
