Comments about High Sierra Wheeled Carry-On Backpack: I use this for work. I m a locomotive engineer and need a bag or "Grip" that carrys all the stuff we need in our line of work. It has enough room for rule books etc. and room for overnight necesities, extra clothes muncies snacks.

Comments about High Sierra Wheeled Carry-On Backpack: I am stictly a carry on traveler (never check luggage) and purchased this product for a week long trip to Hawaii. It easily held all of the items I needed and I even had room for more. Going through security was a breeze. On my outbound flight it fit perfectly in the overhead compartment because I removed the zip off day pack. On the way back I had a little trouble getting the luggage to fit because I had packed my shoes in the day pack section which made the bag slightly too tall. However, I could have planned for this if I had been aware and will for the future. I love the look and functionality of this product and hope that it lasts for many years especially for my next trip to Europe.

But since the top handle doesn't retract completely, your actual overall length is 20" rather than 22" and since you are already planning on struggling to fit everything... that 10% loss could matter.

Comments about High Sierra Wheeled Carry-On Backpack: Excellent value I haven't had any trouble with this item. Packing lightly I took a week long trip with this set. Only improvement I could wish for is bigger+stronger zippers but that would also raise the cost, I haven't found a better value.
