Comments about GSI Outdoors Halulite Ketalist One-Person Cookset: Used on ultra light two day backpacking trip. It is very light and much cheaper than titanium. Pout spout is very useful. My buddies with titanium products were impressed. Only minor problem is that handle ends protrude a little outside of stuff sack, which could lead to a puncture of minimalist backpack. Solved by applying felt pads (used under chair legs)to reduce sharp edges.

The only problem I have with the kettle is that you can't exactly boil 1L of water. It will hold 1L, but when it starts to boil the water spills out of the spout. Overall great quality item, but next time I will buy the next size up.

It cools off and is ready to pack in minutes... the cup and bowl are very useful and the FOON or SPORK thingy is pretty cool... but even if it was sold as just the kettle it's still worth the money...

I was drawn to the kettle style for easy boiling and pouring, and I love it. Low profile and wide base make it a stable and VERY fast boiler. Nesting cup and bowl are a great feature and make the whole kit small and easy to pack. Nice mesh sack too.
