Cons Best Uses Comments about Sigma BC 509 Cycling Computer: This speedometer is excellent -- it is easy to install, simple to use and very easy to read. It is much better than most of the more expensive models. It has a great auto/start auto/stop feature. Also, I like that is it wired and not wireless -- I had a wireless speedometer and it was kind of a hassle to maintain.

Comments about Sigma BC 509 Cycling Computer: if all you're looking for is a basic speedometer/odometer, this is a great buy. time and total trip time are also functions on this model. it is better to use the rubber rings to mount the computer base rather than the ty-raps. the ty-raps tend to pull too tight and bend the computer base, producing a gap between the electrical contacts.

Once you have determined your Wheel size:
Change the display to SIZE using the MODE button.
Press the SET button briefly. The first input figure is flashing.
Set the value using the MODE button.
Move to the next figure using the SET button.
After setting the last digit, confirm with SET button.

k Change the display to UNIT using the MODE button.
k Press the SET button briefly.
k KMH appears on the display and flashes.
k Select MPH or KMH using MODE.
k Confirm by pressing the SET button. SET OK appears on the display.
Switching from KMH to MPH automatically changes the format of the distance
