This is a good light and a good value for the price. Most suitable for backpacking or hiking where weight and waterproof are concerns. For car camping or RV-ing, not so much.
It is not a bright as advertised. It is bright enough for a personal light to read by. I would not recommend for hiking at night or as a camp light.

I don't normally write reviews, but I really love this flashlight! The light is very bright, batteries last a long time, and it is SO comfortable to carry. It might seem a little expensive for a smaller flashlight, but it's worth it! I have 2 and just bought one as a present for my brother. Highly recommend it!

Very nice product, very bright, excellent range for hiking at night.
The non-conductive construction is a big plus for working around high voltage areas.
Would be perfect if it had a low setting for close up work or reading.

I'm in law enforcement so I needed a good second flashlight that was waterproof. The light is brighter than I expected and held up to a rainstorm without any problem. Battery life is good too. Definitely would recomend one for everyday use or a bugout / disaster kit.

Rugged, waterfroof (100 meter dive rated), long life-low draw LED. Never get caught on the water without a light and whistle. Attach it to your PFD or BC (divers)

Needed a light weight but bright flashlight for emergencies during power outages and night time hiking. Very long battery life, but plenty bright. It is so light that you almost don't know it is in your hand. Really good for kids who don't like the big D-cell flashlights. Simple to use and durable. In this category, the best flashlight I have ever owned.

i've now bought 3 of these. only downside is that, like all LED lights, the beam doesn't have the range of a good xenon-bulb unit. i keep buying PrincetonTec lights because they seem more durable than any other affordable (Streamlights are out of my budget) flashlights

Not a pocket flashlight, but will fit in a jacket pocket. Very robust, waterproof (this is a diving light) to 100 meters I think Princeton Tek claims. I have one in each car and two around the house. Can be turned on and off with one hand, but you will usually use two to twist the bezel. Oval cross section fits very well in the hand with rubber inserts for comfort. Will not roll off a surface. Takes 4 AA batteries, make sure you match the battery polarity molded in the openings when you put batteries in it. I consider this to be the most rugged flashlight there is. Lighter in weight than the C or D cell Mag Lites. There are brighter lights but this one has all the brightness I've ever needed. The last model I bought had an improved optical system that gives an even more uniform illumination than the earlier models. 50-70 hour battery life means a lot more to me than greater brightness.
