I have been using these small clear bright lights on my key ring, clothing and bag zippers for years. I also have several to keep with personal items for travel. I always buy the model with the on-off switch. They last a long time. The batteries are difficult to change, so I usually just buy a new Pulsar II.

I carry one on my EDC,its bright and the stay on option is a bonus. I can just turn it on and do whatever it is I need to do without having to hold on to it.

It is small but is very bright. You can squeeze it to get light or use the switch. It doesn't have the best way to attach it to something but it would work on a key ring or maybe a zipper. I figured out a way to attach it to my purse. Haven't used it a lot yet, only had a short time. I do like how bright it is. Just wanted something to use in the dark when I need it. I'm not a camper, hiker etc.

I'm a bit of a flashlight enthusiast, so I have a lot of similar items. This one is my favorite, and lives on my keychain for everyday use. Get the high visibility bright yellow version if you keep it in a dark purse or pack.

I have a few of these - one on each pack and a couple clipped to my tents. They're small enough to almost use like zipper pulls, which means it's easy to have them around all the time. Bright enough for tent lights or to find your way around a campsite. The "II" version has a switch that allows it to stay on without having to keep thumb pressure and makes it useful as a tent light.
