Comments about Therm-A-Rest Thermarest Neck Pillow: I used a full sized memory foam pillow at Home, I have taken if camping a few times, however way too heavy for backpacking. This little gem compresses very small and gives me just the right amount of support for backpacking. I could see this getting some use during my air travel!
