We use the product as part of my wife's therapy for her knee injury.Bike riding was recommended but falling could further damage her knee. Heavy duty construction and easy to assemble.

Some say, you don't need a block for the front tire due to the adjustable legs. Is this true or would it be best to have a block to stabilize the front tire and level it out?

Why use this when you can get a regular stationary bike? With this it requires the trainer and the block for the front tire. I don't see the relevance.
