Comments about Outdoor Research Ferrosi Soft Shell Jacket - Women's: I give it 3 stars because it is not a jacket for the intended purpose stated on the website (in my opinion). This is a very very light jacket that will add very (very) little warmth to your mid-layers. I really can't see how this can be called a soft shell for climbing/alpine conditions as campmor states. I returned it right away. However, if you are looking for a very light, breathable layer for jogging/running in "cool" (50-60 degrees) early mornings you may find good use to it. The design, color and fit are great I would have to say. Just beware if you are a climber/mountaineer, it adds no warmth to your layers and is not even water/windproof.

It is perfect for those days and even when it is sprinkling or drizzling I stay dry and adds that touch of warmth I needed. I have not had a chance to really test the durability. The jacket is just what I was looking for
