Comments about Giro Carbide Cycling Shoe for Men: I was very surprised on the fit very comfortable for so little flex. I had a flat tire and walk home about 5mi without a problem. Construction is good but not exceptional. If you have a narrow foot these are a much better fit than Shimano or Specialized but do not expect the quality of Carnac or Time. Giro helmets are better than Giro Shoes. Pros

I think they look pretty good and are comfortable enough. They work for what they are supposed to do and at a great price. Very happy with the purchase. Comments about Giro Carbide Cycling Shoe for Men: A race shoe devilishly masquerading as a stylish casual MTB shoe. Fit seems true to size. I have 13 wide feet and these 48s feel tight, but not painful like my old Shimanos. The hard plastic outsoles make for a light, stiff shoe, but traction on slick surfaces suffers. Not too good for walking in. Good venting. The lighter color is more of a beige than the greenish color I thought it would be. Still a good-looking shoe.
