Just the right amount of padding, for me at least. Not as much padding as many outer biking shorts, but much better than no padding at all.

These liners are great. I wear them under regular sport type shorts and then don't have to feel funny walking around in public. Good padding and they definitely stay put - no riding up or down.

Does exactly what its supposed to, at reasonable price. I can ride way longer without the chafing from regular shorts. And, I don't have to be self-conscious about them, because they go under regular outer shorts.

Fit is true to sizing chart. Chamois pad is good quality and very comfortable. Mesh material keeps the shorts cool on warmer days, even under baggy shorts. Great replacement for a worn liner or just to wear under you favorite shorts during a ride.
