This thing is great. The pouch isn't too big or too small. I can fit my house keys and phone in it and I don't even notice it when I'm running. You can even clip stuff to the belt. I like that the pouch is mesh, it feels more durable that the spandex ones. I highly recommend this.

I purchased this belt to hold my car keys when running. The belt can be adjusted to sit on your hips or higher on the waist, whichever is more comfortable for you. There is room enough for additional items like a cell phone or snacks. The belt did not bother me when I ran - didn't really even notice it.

I walk my dog every day, all year long. She is a medium size breed and requires my attention and free hands. After the weather warmed, and I no longer wore a coat or jacket, I had no place to carry phone, gum, mace, which I carried in jacket pockets. I ordered the belt so that I could carry these items along without having some bulky fanny pack. It works great. It's comfortable, small, and low profile, but expands to accommodate my stuff.

I use this for running and it does not bounce around. I technically can fit my full wallet, phone and keys in this pack. I would never really do this but I had to try. This pack is not just for running, it's great for traveling too! Travel documents like a passport and money can easily be hidden under clothing. I ended up purchasing 3, to give to other family members.

Good product. It's light and fits my basic necessities when I run. The small, lightweight pouch fits my phone and identification when I run. Doesn't flop around like some other (larger) belts.

One comment. The pouch is made of breathable mesh. I use a ziplock bag to protect the phone from sweat and moisture. But if you need something that needs protection, think about some of the neoprene belts that are on the market.
