Comments about Gregory Rain Cover - Large: We had some rain during our 10 day hike and it was OK, did the trick. Even when the pack was on the ground overnight. I felt it was pricey for the lack of features it had. Others paid a bit more and had premium covers that were larger and more structured.

Comments about Gregory Rain Cover - Large: This pack cover works well. It has nice features that make it functional. The hook and loop strap that crosses the middle of the opening helps keep it securely attached to the pack. It also has a fitted bottom that covers the waist belt when not being worn. Perfect for both while hiking and keeping the pack covered when stored outside of the shelter at night.

Comments about Gregory Rain Cover - Large: this cover did the job i expected it to do. hiking in the indian himalayas during monsoon season, my pack stayed dry for all 4 days. i have an '07 lowe alpine frontier 65+15 pack, which is listed at 4,300 cu. in., and this cover fits perfectly. i'm not sure if it would fit 6,000 cu. in., as it claims to. if your pack is over 4,500-5,000 cu. in., you might want to check out the XL cover.
