Comments about Log House Designs Bicycle Overboots: I had to add 9" zippers in order to ever even think about getting these guys on and off in the field. Prehaps with a nonheeled shoe, like a road shoe, but not mtn bike shoes or street shoes I use commuting. I'm surprised at what a poor design, even the velcro couldn't reach around my instep of my 46 cm shoes. 9" zippers are $1.50 so it's an easy fix if you can sew. We'll see how they work in the rain later.

Comments about Log House Designs Bicycle Overboots: The photo doesn't do this product justice. It looks much better than the photo shows. I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, but have tried it on. I wear a size 12 US with average width and it was a very snug fit over my shoes.

Comments about Log House Designs Bicycle Overboots: I ride in Puget Sound (near Seattle) almost year around; it rains, and frequently, plus there is a water-on-the-ground factor. I always ride in Shimano sandals and regularly wear wool socks and/or SealSkinz. This system worked pretty well for some time, but Sunday changed all. SealSkinz are now the backup since I used the Overbooties. During a 5 hour outing, my feet stayed dry and there was enough airflow space so that foot sweat was eliminated too. I was warm, dry and very comfortable.
Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about Log House Designs Bicycle Overboots: I bought these to use in the rain. There is an unsealed seam running down the front of the overboots that lets water seep in. A 15 minute ride in rain (not a downpour, just easy rain) allowed enough water to seep in to make my shoes noticeably wet. They also do not stay on very well, sliding down my shoe and leg a few inches during the ride

Comments about Log House Designs Bicycle Overboots: I absolutely love these. They are such an easy solution. Your pedals and cleats work right through them, and they keep your feet perfectly dry. It's amazing.
