I bought these to use as camp boots for a week long early winter camping trip. I was glad to have them but they were hard to put on. I will end up giving these to my wife, they are at least two sizes too small for me. Workmanship and performance are average but adequate for my needs.

The new one is not quite so fluffy and full of down, but is also very warm. Primarily we use them in our home on hardwood and carpeted areas. The XL is a bit small for my husbands's size 11 foot, so be aware that they do run small.

Comments about Sierra Designs Pull-On Mens Down Bootie: These slippers were recommended to us by our adult son who has a pair to wear every winter. I ordered the medium size(8.5-9.5)for my husband's birthday since he wears a size 9 shoe, but when he put them on, they were too snug for his toes. He's diabetic, so he probably won't get any use out of them, sadly. Since I got them on clearance, I won't return them, but will find someone with smaller feet who might enjoy them.
