They are stylish, the wear EXTREMELY well - better than any other brand of short I've owned and being an outdoorsman in a state where we have the most sunshine year round - I hike a lot. The last pair wore extremely well for five years. If you hike, you know the stretching, the butt scuffing along rocks et al - these showed almost zero wear for the longest time. An EXCELLENT short. The pockets are perfect size, the liner inside allow water to drain easily and is made of a mesh like material that allows breath-ability. I am not really into clothes, but these shorts have to be one of the best made. Style, wear, longevity. The price point is high, but you will not be disappointed as the payback period far exceeds that extra step in cost.
