This one delivers. Very comfortable, doesn't ride up, stays in place, great to wear alone as a shirt on cooler days. I've used it for sleepwear on chilly nights and under my biking gear during a cold morning ride and on a slightly chilly camping trip. It's a crew neck, keep that in mind - I knew it wouldn't keep my neck warm when I bought it, but I like the comfortable fit of the crew neck. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because I haven't had a chance to try it out in real cold weather yet.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Coldpruf Extreme Performance Expedition Weight Underwear Crew Shirt - Women's: I've been a fan of polypropylene long underderwear for its softness, breathability and warmth for years but had difficulty replacing the quality I had with any other product til now. Even Merino wool is too itchy for me. Tested this long underwear at -15 degrees and it is terrific. I recommend it highly to anyone who has to do barn work (or any kind of work) in all conditions, every day.

This does the trick. I can layer over it and then strip to use it as a top by mid afternoon.

Since it looks basically like a longsleeve t-shirt, I can just wear it with jeans, but it fits wonderfully under a sweater or hoodie on really cold days. And it's wonderfully warm.
