I washed one pair and it seemed a little smaller so I will keep. I ordered the XXL when maybe I should have ordered the XL. I probably wear bottoms of 16-20, depending on stretch, ease, and manufacturer. I carry my weight in my tummy and have slim legs. I could always take in if necessary. I am wearing the pair that I washed today under stretch jeggings which are not too tight and they seem to be fine. They are working great for that extra warmth that I was looking for.

Comments about Coldpruf Basic Midweight Underwear Pants - Women's: I like that they are as light as silk undergarments. I love the silk but they are expensive and get runs in them in just one season. I hope that is not the case with these. They are thin enough to wear under jeans and don't feel bulky or too tight. Toasty warm. I am outside in freezing weather every day, so I need something that is superwarm under ski pants.

These "breathe" well and are the most comfortable I've found for regular use. They also hold up pretty well to regular wash/drying.
