Comments about Marmot Atom 40 Degree Down Sleeping Bag Regular:

Excellent bag if you're trying to go light. First time use, temp dropped unexpectantly to the low 30's and the bag did well considering its a 40 deg bag. I got a little cold once or twice but not uncomfortably cold. Nice small pack size as well. I'd recommend it.

Comments about Marmot Atom 40 Degree Down Sleeping Bag Regular:

I like the bag for its lightweight and small pack size, but I am a big guy and just felt way to tight in the mummy bag, especailly in the feet area, and rolling around just seemed to make me tighter

nice bag very light good for summer also indoors on hotel beds couch surfing etc fits me well I'm 5'9" zipper is white kinda dorky but who cares? love marmot stuff and this is up to par no frills just good quality work. hate the long term stuff sack as it is synthetic. When did they switch from those nice cotton bags?

Comments about Marmot Atom 40 Degree Down Sleeping Bag Regular:

The Marmot Atom is a great sleeping bag. I slept under the stars on a windy night. About 10 to 15 mile per hour winds and the temp got down to 40 to 41 degress. I slept in a pair of under armor base layer 2.0 and felt great. Not one bit of cold. I am 5'11'' and I got the regular. I don't know, it works great, but I think the long would fit better. Spend the $$$ on this bag. It is so light and packs super small.

Comments about Marmot Atom 40 Degree Down Sleeping Bag Regular:

Used this bag in the rains of Rocky Mountains. Worked quite well with only a t-shirt for comfort. I accidently got it a little wet, however it dried and fluffed rather quickly for a comfy nights sleep.
