Cons Best Uses Comments about Neosport XSpan 1.5mm Socks: At first look the socks look as if my big wide foot will never fit in them. But my feet go into the socks fine and they don't feel too tight or too lose at all.

Best Uses Comments about Neosport XSpan 1.5mm Socks: I bought these as a cheaper alternative to the Neosock, which I used to love to wear caving under Wellies. These socks are thinner and don't come up as high, and as such don't offer the insulation as thicker neoprene socks and don't stay put as well on the sole of my foot.

Comments about Neosport XSpan 1.5mm Socks: I've only used this pair of socks once so far. I wore them on ski trip where I was out on the slopes for at least 6 hours. My only foot covering was this pair of socks and they kept my feet feeling good all day long. The sock itself is thin enough to help your feet feel perfectly comfortable in ski boots for many hours at a time. In a cold house, I could see wearing these socks around to keep your feet warm since they have very nice grips on the bottom of the sock.

Comments about Neosport XSpan 1.5mm Socks: I use these socks in my NSR Strom boots on hikes where I cross rivers numerous times. The extra large fit my size 45 feet nicely and are easy to get on and off. These socks fit inside my size 12 NSR Storm boots nicely. These socks make the hike comfortable when wet. Pros

Comments about Neosport XSpan 1.5mm Socks: These were great, they made wearing my flippers alot more comfy and made me more confident putting my feet down. They get filled with sand easily and the bottom wore fairly easily. They seemed to be quite tight fitting and seemed to stretch when I first put them on. Comments about Neosport XSpan 1.5mm Socks: We bought these to wear them with kayaking type shoes to walk through Aravaipa Canyon in Arizona. We walked in and out of water along the "trail". They were the perfect thickness to protect our feet from rubbing in the shoes, and they serve their own purpose as socks to walk around in. These worked great along with the shoes to hike about 5 miles in, and then we used them all around the campsite in the sand and in the water. The others in the group that used regular boots and socks were walking along the trail with heavy, soaking feet, while we were comfortable and enjoying the walking through the water areas. I recommend these for pretty much any water activity, and the price is great. Look up other neoprene socks and you will find that they are not only almost impossible to find, but they cost MUCH more than these do. Comments about Neosport XSpan 1.5mm Socks: I love these socks. They are warm and comfortable. I have even given my 74year old Mother a pair. We use them as slippers, regular socks and a second layer on cold wet yucky days. They keep our feet warm and happy no matter what the weather. Mum also likes to wear her's as bed socks. Pros

Comments about Neosport XSpan 1.5mm Socks: We used these for a trip to Hawaii - they were light weight and good on all surfaces. My husband wears a size 14 and the XL was easy to put on and very comfortable. Great product and price! Displaying reviews 1-8 |

I wear these neoprene socks over a thin lightweight liner being sure to have adequate room so that my circulation would not be compromised by too tight a fit. Then I place a mid weight poly pro sock over it. Using pack boots w/ a 3/8" felt liner(or 1000g thinsulate single walled boots) this combination has proved comfortable down to -20°F.A:
