Comments about Eureka Silver City 30 Degree Mummy Sleeping Bag Regular: I haven't been able to use the sleeping bag outside yet, but it packs up small and is very light. I doubt that it is actually a 30 degree bag, seems a little thin, but I was looking for something lightweight and small. I can always use under armour or something similar for added warmth with minimal weight and size. Seems perfect for my spring - fall adventures in the mountains.

Comments about Eureka Silver City 30 Degree Mummy Sleeping Bag Regular: My cold natured wife was warmer in her 45 degree bag than I was in this bag. I would rate it more around 40 degrees. It does pack down small and for the price, it's fairly lightweight. I am only about 5'7 but I felt as if the pack was too tight around the shoulders.

Comments about Eureka Silver City 30 Degree Mummy Sleeping Bag Regular: Instead of paying hundreds of dollars for something comparable, I found this one online for dirt cheap. It packs to the size of a football, & the stuff sack has built in compression straps (I just pack it loose in the bottom of my pack). The shoulder area is snug--typical of mummy bags, but it's more comfortable overall than the 4lb mummy bag I've used for years.

Comments about Eureka Silver City 30 Degree Mummy Sleeping Bag Regular: This is a great 3 season bag for the money. I used this bag all summer and it was great it kept me warm and cozy all night. But When ever I moved the zipper slid down the bag great bag for sumer but id recommend a warmer bag for winter

Comments about Eureka Silver City 30 Degree Mummy Sleeping Bag Regular: Took a recent trip to Snowmass Lake, Colorado. Bag was too tight in the shoulder area. Temp rating was accurate as long as you cover your head. Packs down tight, good length, lightweight, and durable. Dries fast. Good bag for the money. Think I'll keep it and would recommend it to others.

Q:
I'm confused about the zipper side that is listed on your bags. How is it determined? Is the point of reference top down or viewing up from the foot or head portion of the bag?1 answer
A:
When a zipper side is indicated, left or right hand, it is determined by the person lying face up in the sleeping bag.Q:
What size is the sleeping bag in the stuff sack1 answer
A:
Stuff Size 7" x 11"Q:
will this bag fit in a stuff sack 7.25 X 20 X 5?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
The stuff size of the sleeping bag is 7" diameter by 11" long. As long as the storage you want to put this bag is is equal to or larger than this stuff size you should be able to store it in a storage bag of your choice.Q:
Is the stuff sack that comes with this bag waterproof? And if it is not, will the stuff sack Granite Gear Airvent Dryblock Solid Stuff Sack xs work?? the dimentions 20 X 7.25 X 5 (thats the dimentions of the stuff sack)1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
The stuff sac for the silver city is not waterproof. A Granite Gear AirVent Reduction DryBloc Dry Sacks would be a waterproof solution.Q:
Does the eureka silver city 30 D mummy sleeping bag come with a compression sack or would i have to buy a separate one1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
The Eureka Silver City comes with a stuff sack. You would need to purchase a compression sack separately. The compression sack you would order is Campmor Vertical Compression Stuff Sack 5.5in. x 18in.Q:
what seasons is this sleeping bag good for?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Eureka Eureka Silver City 30 Degree Mummy Sleeping Bag Regular is best used for spring, summer and early fall use.Q:
Is this bag (Eureka silver city 30 deg regular) mateable with the Womens Eureka Silver City 30 Deg regular bag?2 answers
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Eureka sleeping bags men to women would mate. Just make sure to order left and right zippers. Hooded sleeping bags needs the opposite side zipper to mate correctly.A:
Yes it is mateable, but it is only a 3/4 zipper so it does not go all the way down to the foot. I'm not sure if regulars and long/xlong can mate but the mens reg is a right zip and the womens reg is a left zip so no problems there.| Size | 82 in. x 32 in. x 21 in. |
