A:
The Kelty Compression Stuff Sack Medium is 12.35 LitersQ:
Which size would be appropriate for a Youth size sleeping bag to fit in? Could my 9 year old carry this as a pack? Thanks!1 answer
A:
This bag will fit a sleeping bag whose stuff size is 8 x 15 or less. This has no carry straps and would be awkward as backpack.Q:
I just purchased the Kelty Mistral 20 degree xl sleeping bag and need to know which compression sack would work best. Also will the compression sack help to reduce the bulk of this bag for backpacking purposes?1 answer
A:
This compression stuff sack would be the best choice for a Kelty Mistral 20 X-long sleeping bag. http://www.campmor.com/outdoor/gear/Product___90513Q:
my sleeping bag is 9"x16.5". should I choose a compression stuff sack a bit too small (M) or a bit too large (L)?2 answers
A:
We camp the Quetico and use medium compression stuff sacks for our sleeping bag. Small bags are used for clothing. We even put a 3 man Kelty tent with ground cover in a medium bag. Just start stuffing in in, filling the bottom of the bag and procede upwards, and then compress.A:
I would recommend the L of this stuff sack
