Riding Jackson Hole in cold, turbulent weather can be an opportunity to revel, or a one-way ticket to misery. The difference depends on staying warm, dry and stoked. The Men's Primo Down Jacket is Patagonia's warmest and most protective insulated hard-shell jacket for riding in the roughest, coldest conditions. It combines the most durable, waterproof/breathable face fabric available ? 2-layer 100% recycled nylon GORE-TEX® fabric ? with an insulating layer of warm, compressible 700-fill-power premium European goose down. A DWR (durable water repellent) finish repels saturated snow, and an internal polyester lining manages moisture and improves comfort and durability. The two-way-adjustable, helmet-compatible hood has a laminated visor for optimal visibility; Touch Point System™ embeds cord locks in the hood and hem for easy adjustability. Other features include ventilating pit zips and a fully featured, removable powder skirt with webbing loops that attach to any Patagonia snow pants. Pockets: two handwarmers, two chest, one bicep and two interior (one with a key clip). Slim Zip installation and watertight, coated zippers (on the pockets, pit zips and the center-front) reduce weight and bulk.

      A:

The Patagonia Men's Primo Down Jacket is in no way an Arctic below zero parka. In order to use this in sub zero F temperatures you will need a good base layer and mid layer with a shell over your legs and a mid layer over a base layer on top. Then you can use this jacket has a insulated shell.
For arctic parkas look at the Mammut Ambler Hooded Down Jacket - Men's
