Comments about Black Diamond Alpine Bod: Used this harness as a safety aid for painting my house--of all things. Very comfortable while on a 40 foot ladder. Easy diconnect when off of ladder, getting materials ie: caulking, changing brushes, getting more paint, rollers etc.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Black Diamond Alpine Bod: the previous reviewers don't understand...this is a harness designed for alpine climbing. we are talking about ice routes, mountaineering, glacier travel. No need for padding as one had layers of clothes. Also, it is suppose to be LIGHT WEIGHT!!! This is an excellent harness; it perfectly performs for the stated purpose. It was designed without padding and to be a light as possible. ok?

Cons Best Uses Comments about Black Diamond Alpine Bod: Very nice harness for young climbers. Super easy to put on correctly, easy to adjust size, fast on/off for group climbs that we do a lot of. Good for rappelling and climbing.
