Comments about MTI (marine tech) MTI Youth Reflex PFD: This is our second MTI Youth Reflex PFD which we purchased to have as a spare when we have a friend's child come along on our boat. They are by far the most comfortable and easy to adjust Youth PFD we tried. My daughter is very particular about comfort and she is happy in this one. One mention- the shoulders do gap quite a bit bit in the water even at the tightest adjustment,causing it to ride up in the water but it does not come off. The waist stays tight as do the sides. She is 64 lbs and 9 yrs old. This will probably be ok once she grows a bit but she is super skinny.
