Comments about Redfeather Sparrow 17 in. Kid's Snowshoes: We gave these to our 3.5 year old for Valentines Day. We live in snow country and had rented some the week before. He seemed to enjoy it so we went online and bought a better quality pair than our plastic heavy rentals. After all, we can't ski every weekend - it is too expensive! We need a cheap outdoor activitiy and this is a nice diversion. If these truly last him till age 7 or 8, we will get our money's worth.

Comments about Redfeather Sparrow 17 in. Kid's Snowshoes: Our youngest is only 16 months, but she's a confident walker, and she likes walking in these snowshoes. Her little boots fit right in the binding, and she has no trouble walking on established paths.

Comments about Redfeather Sparrow 17 in. Kid's Snowshoes: The description says size 6.5 but I wear a woman's 7.5 and they fit fine. I weigh about 135 lbs. I bought the same pair 6 years ago. They have held up fine. I use them about 20 times a season. I think, for the price, you cannot go wrong.

Comments about Redfeather Sparrow 17 in. Kid's Snowshoes: I love redfeathers and was a bit worried about how these bindings would work, but they were just fine and really easy to adjust. I didn't like that there is no crampon on the heel (like on regular redfeathers). I can see that being a problem going down steep hills.
