Whenever I need to repair or maintain gear, I typically turn to McNett. Their stuff works as advertised. I renewed the DWR coating on my wife's and my son's rain shells, and have enough left to do at least one more.

Revivex actually works if applied as directed...I have used all of the other DWRs and this one is the best...and has the best application idea.

Was a little confusing for a couple of years after Gore sold the product to McNett...

I have used all the DWR out there...and I found that Revivex actually works, WHEN applied as directed: wash with powder, color and scent free, spay on ...like heavy, and dry in dryer.

This has kept my waterproof/breathable jacket beading up for 6 weeks of continual use backpacking in the mountains, in a variety of weather conditions. The manufacturer of my jacket specifically recommends this brand for their type of waterproofing.

I trout fish, year-round, 70 to 80 times a year. I have used ReviveX on my GORE-TEX waders at least twice a year for the past 4 years. It is easy to use. It repels water as advertised and keeps GORE-TEX breathable.
