I love the product and have several different styles depending on what I'm doing. They always seem to be comfortable and keep me warm in layers as needed; and I can use them by themselves for sleeping.

I usually prefer to be a little cold and run in short sleeves, but this shirt has been perfect. It's light enough so that I don't overheat, but keeps the chill off (I've been running in 50 degree weather). It is super soft and I love the thumb holes that keep the sleeves in place.
