I'm 6' 200 LBS and a 48" chest and the XL Regular sits just above my waist line. The XLT is the perfect fit. The back tapers so it can be tucked in. It's not overly warm, but will keep heat in if used as a base layer. I hunt with these shirts in the midwest 10 degree winters.
