The Petzl Fuse is a super light rope with great handling. The stout sheath provides durability for sport climbing or fast and light adventure climbing. This rope is the perfect balance between weight and durability.All Petzl ropes feature the Duratec dry treatment. This unique treatment not only keeps the rope dry in wet and icy conditions, but also improves its durability. The Duratec treatment involves treating the core and then the sheath. The rope is packaged in a "climb ready" coil to eliminate the arduous task of uncoiling the rope for the first time. As an added safety feature the ropes come marked 6 meters from the ends, and in the middle to make rappelling safer and easier.
