The Maxim Apex rope is designed to provide excellent durability and fall protection while allowing the climber to push their limits. This rope is made using Maxim's Endura Dry Treatment. The core fibers of the rope are dry treated before the rope is made to reduce the internal friction in the rope (causes invisible wear) and give a water repellant coating that is second only to the double treated ropes.
